Role at high level:

Real Property Tax Solutions is looking for an experienced developer using Python & Django. We have a functioning SaaS product that requires additional development. You will work with a small team of other developers on the project. Remote work is welcome—Canada only.

You will be responsible for:

  • Help to write application code
  • Maintain, optimize, scale the application.
  • Create new features & fix bugs
  • Work on testing & automation system

Our platform uses the follow tech stack:

  • Python
  • Django
  • PostgreSQL
  • Django REST Framework
  • Redis
  • Heroku
  • GitLab
  • Sentry

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Python & Django
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of Git
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript an asset
  • Understanding of user experience an asset
  • Open, honest, hard working, life-long learner

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Web development: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: Remote
